1. Why we verify
As a licensed real-money operator we are legally required to confirm that you are who you say you are, that you are at least 21, and that you are located where our services are permitted. KYC protects you against fraud and identity theft and helps us meet our AML obligations.
2. When verification is required
- At registration we collect your name, date of birth, country, and email.
- Identity (document) verification is required before you can withdraw, and may be required earlier based on risk.
- We may re-verify at any time, including for large transactions, AML flags, or changes to your account details.
3. What we may ask for
- A government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, or national ID) — document type and reference.
- Proof of address (e.g. a recent utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of payment method ownership.
- Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence for higher-risk cases (see AML Policy).
4. Verification statuses
Your KYC record moves through these states: None (not yet submitted), Pending (under review), Approved (verified), or Rejected (failed or requires resubmission). You can submit or check your status from your profile.
5. How verification affects your account
- You can browse, register, and (subject to limits) deposit and play before full document verification, where permitted.
- Withdrawals require approved KYC. We will not pay out to an unverified account.
- Failed or incomplete verification may result in restrictions, holds, or account closure.
6. How we handle your documents
Verification data is processed and stored securely, with sensitive secrets encrypted at rest, and is used only for verification, fraud prevention, and legal/regulatory compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy. We retain these records for the period required by law.
7. Accuracy and honesty
You must provide accurate, current information and only your own documents. Providing false information, using another person’s identity, or attempting to bypass verification is prohibited and may lead to account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to authorities.
